飯店辦理入住，得先按門鈴才能進入。櫃檯服務親切進入房間之後，真是小而美，比較麻煩的是中間¾的位置，居然有根方形柱子，影響動態佔據空間。典型英式早餐，幾天下來早已習慣。

Unfortunately due to the fire at Gatwick my flight to London was cancelled and therefore I couldn’t make my connection to Brighton for a weekend booked here. Citing exceptional circumstances I contacted the hotel to try and get a refund but they refused. They also said if I didn’t turn up I was liable for a cancellation charge on top of them keeping my money. This is an absolutely disgusting way to treat a regular customer and I won’t be staying here again!

Was a good hotel to stay in for a short stay when we weren’t in the room for a long time. The breakfast wasn’t great but it was okay for what we paid.

Positive: check-in and cleanliness of the room and building. Women working at that are professional. Negative: breakfast and the girl working there… awful. I took a dirty fork, ao I decided to leave out from there. She was just whatsapping while we were having breakfast. When the others finished, she noticed the fork was out and put again with the other forks. Disgusting… Room is not so comfortable as it looks in the photos. Bad quality in everything, including breakfast.

Excellent location and very clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast adequate. Only downside, no air con in dining area, but then we were there during the "heatwave".
